1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

  • To cancel an order, please contact us with your Order ID.


2. Returns & Refund Eligibility

We accept returns and provide refunds only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Product received is incorrect (wrong item/design/color)

Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Minor color differences due to screen or lighting variations

  • Products that are worn, washed, altered, or without original tags

  • Sale or discounted items (if applicable)


3. Return Request Process

  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

  • Requests without proper proof may be rejected.

  • Once approved, return pickup or shipping instructions will be shared.


4. Refund Process

  • After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • The amount may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), Ambetrends will bear the return shipping cost.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The return request is raised after the allowed time period

  • The product is damaged due to customer handling

  • The product is returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories


7. Payment Gateway Compliance

  • All refunds are processed according to payment gateway regulations.

  • No cash refunds will be provided.

  • Ambetrends does not store customer card, UPI, or bank details.
