1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
To cancel an order, please contact us with your Order ID.
2. Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns and provide refunds only in the following cases:
Product received is damaged
Product received is defective
Product received is incorrect (wrong item/design/color)

Products that are worn, washed, altered, or without original tags

3. Return Request Process
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Requests without proper proof may be rejected.
Once approved, return pickup or shipping instructions will be shared.
4. Refund Process
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
The amount may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), Ambetrends will bear the return shipping cost.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
The return request is raised after the allowed time period
The product is damaged due to customer handling
The product is returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
7. Payment Gateway Compliance
All refunds are processed according to payment gateway regulations.
No cash refunds will be provided.
Ambetrends does not store customer card, UPI, or bank details.
